More Room on Pro, Clearer Limits Everywhere

We’re updating Tenwrite’s plans today. The short version: Pro gets more sites and higher automation ceilings, we’re being upfront about a limit that’s always existed behind the scenes, and Starter and Agency stay right where they are.

Here’s everything, laid out plainly.

Pro gets more room to grow

Pro already includes Google Drive and Google Sheets automation, that’s not changing. What is changing is how much room you have to use it, plus more sites overall.

  • Connected sites: 3 → 5
  • Automations: now formally set at 30 total, split however you like between Drive and Sheets
  • Drive automation: up to 100 Google Docs processed per automation
  • Sheets automation: up to 200 rows processed per automation

If you’re already using Pro’s automation features, these are the concrete numbers behind what you’ve had access to, now written down clearly rather than left implicit.

To reflect the extra sites and higher ceilings, Pro is moving from $19/mo to $29/mo (or $290/yr, still two months free on annual billing). Starter stays at $10/mo, and Agency stays at $59/mo. Nothing else about Starter or Agency is changing.

A limit we’re formalizing: content sync depth

Every Tenwrite plan keeps a local index of your posts and pages, so browsing, searching, and filtering across your connected sites is instant instead of hitting your CMS on every page load. We call this Site Content Sync, and it’s separate from your export limit.

Until now, the depth of that index per site wasn’t something we’d written down anywhere. We’re fixing that today:

PlanPosts + pages indexed per site
Starter100
Pro250
Agency1,000

A few things worth knowing:

  • This is not your export limit. Exporting from Google Docs to your site works exactly as it always has, at whatever volume your plan allows.
  • This only affects how many of your existing posts and pages show up in the Tenwrite My Posts view for a given site. Your content on WordPress or Blogger is completely unaffected either way.
  • If you’re on a site with a long publishing history, we’ll always keep your most recent items synced and current.

If you’re already comfortably under these numbers, you won’t notice anything different.

Everything else, unchanged

  • Export limits: same as before, across every plan
  • Free plan: still 5 exports, still free, still no credit card
  • Team seats on Agency: still 5 included, still expandable

Why now

Automation is the thing people tell us they love most about Tenwrite, and Pro users were running into the same practical ceilings without ever seeing them written down. Giving Pro more sites and higher automation ceilings, and pricing it to match, felt like the honest way to grow the plan.

At the same time, writing down the sync depth limit means our pricing page actually reflects how the product works, instead of leaving it as something you’d only discover by asking support.

If you’re on a legacy plan (Personal, Pro 2025, or Lifetime), none of this changes what you’re already getting. Your plan stays exactly as it was when you signed up.
