Track Usage

The Usage page helps you track how much of your Tenwrite plan is being used.

  1. Log in to the Tenwrite Web Dashboard.
  2. Click Usage in the sidebar.

At the top of the page, Tenwrite shows three overview cards:

  • Sites — how many connected sites you are using compared with your plan limit
  • Exports — your export usage for the current billing period
  • Members — how many members are using the subscription compared with the available seat count

Use the month and year selectors to switch between the current month and recent usage periods.

The Daily Activity chart shows exports day by day for the selected month.

This is useful when you want to see whether exports were spread out across the month or concentrated on specific days.

Open Historical Usage to see a month-by-month table for recent periods.

The table breaks exports down by source:

  • manual exports
  • Drive Automation
  • Sheet Automation
  • API

If your plan includes team sharing, the page can also show Team Member Usage.

This section breaks usage down by member, including:

  • display name and email
  • owner vs member role
  • total exports
  • manual exports
  • Drive Automation exports
  • Sheet Automation exports
  • API exports

Use Usage when you want to:

  • check whether you’re close to your export limit
  • see how many sites are already using the plan
  • confirm how many members are active on the subscription
  • understand which publishing methods are driving most of the usage
