Manage Subscriptions and Billing

The Subscriptions page in the Tenwrite Web Dashboard shows your current plan, billing subscriptions, included entitlements, and any older inactive subscriptions still attached to your account.

  1. Log in to the Tenwrite Web Dashboard.
  2. Click Subscriptions in the sidebar.

At the top of the page, Tenwrite shows your Current Plan with a quick summary of:

  • connected sites
  • monthly exports
  • total seats
  • Drive Automation access
  • Sheet Automation access
  • team sharing access

Below that, the Billing & Subscriptions section groups your subscriptions into:

  • Current Access — active subscriptions that currently give you plan access
  • Previous Or Inactive — older or inactive subscriptions kept for reference

Each subscription card can show:

  • whether it is Active or Inactive
  • whether you are the Owner or a Member
  • the billing subscription ID
  • billing state
  • next billing date
  • next billed amount
  • seat summary
  • start date
  • included items

If you own an active paid subscription, the page can include direct links for:

  • Update Payment — opens the billing provider’s payment update flow
  • Cancel Subscription — opens the billing provider’s cancellation flow

If your subscription includes teammate seats, the card also shows a Manage Seats button that opens the member management page for that subscription.

For subscriptions with teammate seats, Tenwrite shows a short summary of:

  • total seats
  • the single owner seat
  • teammate seats available to assign

Members added through this subscription use their own Tenwrite accounts. They connect their own sites and publish from their own accounts while using the owner’s subscription limits.

If your effective plan is Free, the page shows an upgrade prompt with a link to the public pricing page.
