Publishing Guide

Tenwrite gives you three ways to publish. Each one suits a different workflow. Start with manual export to learn the ropes, then add automation as your needs grow.

Pick specific Google Docs and publish them now — with full control over every setting before you hit send.

Best for:

  • Important or one-off articles you want to review carefully before publishing
  • Content that needs custom settings (specific categories, a scheduled date, a particular slug)
  • Getting started and learning how Tenwrite works

Point Tenwrite at a Google Drive folder. Any Google Doc you place in that folder gets published automatically — no export step needed.

Best for:

  • Teams or writers who produce a regular stream of content
  • Workflows where the writing happens in Drive and publishing should just happen
  • Situations where you want publishing completely out of your way

Tenwrite checks the folder every hour and picks up any new or updated documents.

WordPress Drive Automation · Blogger Drive Automation

Each row in a Google Sheet becomes a blog post. Define the title, content, labels, categories, and any other settings right in the spreadsheet.

Best for:

  • Bulk content creation (product listings, location pages, etc.)
  • Programmatic SEO — generating large numbers of structured posts
  • Managing content across multiple sites from one place

Tenwrite processes the sheet every hour and creates or updates posts for each row.

Regardless of which publishing method you use, you can define post metadata — title, tags, status, publish date, and more — directly inside your Google Doc using a Frontmatter table. This lets you keep everything in the document and skip the export form entirely.
