Earn Bonus Exports with Export Rewards

Export Rewards lets eligible Free users earn 10 bonus exports for each approved new publication about their real Tenwrite workflow. Publish an original account of your experience on LinkedIn, X, or your blog, then submit its public link for review.

You can submit when your Tenwrite account is on the Free plan and has completed at least three successful exports. Open Export rewards in the web app to see your progress and eligibility.

Only one submission can be in review across all platforms at a time. Wait for the decision before submitting another. New submissions are for Free users; paid users keep any unused bonus balance, which becomes usable again if the account returns to Free.

Export Rewards is managed in the web app. If you work in the Google Docs add-on, open the web dashboard to submit and check your reward.

  • Describe a Tenwrite workflow you actually used, in your own words. An honest positive, neutral, or critical account can qualify; a positive opinion is not required.
  • Use an established account or blog with genuine prior activity relevant to publishing or blogging. There is no minimum follower count, likes, or reach requirement.
  • Include the campaign link shown for that platform on the Export rewards page. Copy it from the app so you use the correct link.
  • Make the publication public and keep it accessible for at least 30 days.
  • Submit a new publication. Reposts, same-platform copies, copied third-party content, and previously rewarded publications do not earn again.

An experience adapted for another platform can be a separate publication. Reusing the same rewarded post does not create a new reward. Corrected rejected posts can be resubmitted for review.

Tell readers that you may receive bonus Tenwrite exports for sharing your experience. For example: “I may receive bonus Tenwrite exports for this post.”

Use LinkedIn’s Brand partnership label or X’s Paid Partnership disclosure for the relevant post. See LinkedIn’s disclosure instructions and X’s paid partnership policy.

For a blog publication, include a visible reward disclosure and mark the Tenwrite link with rel="sponsored"; nofollow is also accepted. See Google’s guidance for compensated links.

This program covers LinkedIn, X, and blog publications. Do not submit Trustpilot or Google Workspace Marketplace reviews through Export Rewards.

  1. Open Export rewards. Check that you are eligible and have no pending submission.
  2. Read the requirements, then find the LinkedIn, X, or Blog section matching your publication.
  3. Copy that platform’s campaign link and include it in your publication before submitting.
  4. Enter the direct public HTTPS link in Public LinkedIn post URL, Public X post URL, or Public Blog post URL. Use the publication link, not your profile or blog home page.
  5. Confirm that you meet the requirements and will keep the publication public for at least 30 days.
  6. Choose Submit for review. The status changes to In review.

Review is manual, within one business day, Monday–Friday. Submission does not grant exports immediately. While it is pending, wait for the decision; contact support if you submitted the wrong link.

Open Submission history or the platform’s latest status. Use Refresh status if you need to reload the result. Tenwrite also sends a decision email.

StatusMeaning
In reviewYour publication is waiting for a decision. Another submission cannot be pending yet.
Granted · +10The publication was approved and 10 bonus exports were granted.
Rejected · View reasonOpen the reason, correct the problem, and resubmit when ready.

Keep an approved publication public for the required period. Early removal can affect review decisions and future eligibility.

Bonuses are one shared pool across your sites, not a separate allowance for each site. Tenwrite uses the ordinary Free allowance first when the user and site allowances permit it, then uses available bonuses when needed.

BalanceMeaning
GrantedBonus exports approved for your account.
UsedBonus exports already spent.
HeldExports reserved for work in progress or awaiting confirmation of a destination write. They are not available to spend.
AvailableBonus exports you can currently use.

Unused bonus exports do not expire. Paid exports use the paid allowance while bonuses stay banked. Rewards do not unlock extra connected sites, automations, GIF support, SEO Tracker, AI credits, or other paid features.

  • Submit is unavailable: check the Free-plan requirement, three successful exports, and whether another publication is in review. Use Refresh status after a recent export or decision.
  • URL rejected: use the direct public HTTPS publication link for the selected platform. A private post or profile URL does not qualify.
  • Submission rejected: open View reason. Fix that issue before resubmitting; do not send copies of the same rewarded publication.
  • Available balance is lower than expected: check Used and Held. Contact support@tenwrite.com if exports remain held or a grant is missing after refreshing.
  • Taking longer than the review window: contact support with the publication link and the account used to submit it.
