I’ve added a new feature that will automatically export and sync Google Docs documents from a Google Drive folder to your WordPress or Blogger site.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s break it down. It has 3 parts:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A Google Drive folder to keep your Google Docs files<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A WordPress or Blogger site<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The <\/span>Automation <\/span>feature to connect these two<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

    Here’s the recommended workflow:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Keep working on your blog post in Google Docs<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Once it’s ready to publish, move it to the specific Google Drive folder<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Automation will scan the folder periodically and once it detects a new file, it will automatically export it to your specified target site.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. You can later update the content in Google Docs and next time when <\/span>Automation <\/span>scans the folder, it will detect the change and will <\/span>update <\/span>the post in WordPress or Blogger.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
